Chat and WhatsApp share the same request interval; using both does not double your allowance. Our team reviews and records WhatsApp requests.

Websites we build include 30 days of maintenance from delivery. Continuing for €49/month is optional and requires a separate agreement.

For an existing website built elsewhere, coverage starts when payment is confirmed. No additional free period is included.

Which website is this maintenance for?

You can subscribe even if WebLab did not build your website. Enter its URL and platform when ordering, or complete these details in your customer area.

How often can I submit requests?

You can open one new request every eight hours across chat and WhatsApp. Replies do not count as new requests but require active coverage. Our team records WhatsApp requests; that channel is not blocked automatically.

Is this a one-off purchase or a subscription?

Website maintenance is a €49/month subscription. Check billing frequency and cancellation at checkout. It is not activated automatically after the 30 days included with a new website.
